The
President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer are the elected Executive
Officers of the Club and comprise the Committee. A committee member may hold
up to 2 elected offices other than both the president and vice-president and
the Secretary is the Public Officer for the purposes of the Associations
Incorporation Act of NSW.
The affairs of the Club are
managed and controlled exclusively by the Committee which may create
non-executive positions and appoint members to carry out the objects of the
association, delegating any of its powers to such members for that purpose.
Members and co-members are equally eligible for election or appointment to
non-executive positions |
